Shipping

We ship all orders from Minneapolis via USPS. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Tracking number sent via email.

Processing

Orders processed within 1-2 business days. During drops, allow an extra day due to volume.

Returns

All sales are final. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a full refund.

Something not right?

If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us at info@minnesotafanco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Once confirmed, we'll send a prepaid return label. Ship the item back and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.

A few things to note

All sales are final. Due to the limited-run nature of our drops, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse.

Defective claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration are not eligible for defective claims.
